For me, this shows Twizzler has little experience of the problematic nature of speccies and mine commissioning problems.

I doubt Benjamin Graham invested in stocks like SBL, a tiny speccie recommissioning an old & small piece of mining plant.

Where there is smoke, there is fire. Many speccies do not survive commissioning (eg. AZC, CUO, the list is very long)

Others complete commissioning very smoothly (eg. SLR, CGX, etc)

The current SBL delays are of grave concern
