When I first read your reply a couple of hours ago, my instinct was "yes, you are right", then after quickly reading the Ann of 12 October I momentarily fooled myself toward "no, he's wrong" but have now decided not to participate.  As I now read it, the key points (paraphrased) from the announcement are:

"5. Offer Price - Shares will be issued at a 15% discount to VWAP for shares of WKT calculated over the last 5 days on which sales in the shareswere recorded before the Issue Date (as defined in the Indicative Timetable below)",

"13. Indicative Timetable - Issue Date of New Shares under the Plan  - Friday, 2 November 2018" and finally

"WKT may vary the dates and times of the Offer without notice"

Sorry, I don't know enough to answer your question but should you or other holders/posters see any misinterpretation in the above, please feel free to correct it for the benefit of other HC members that may be  considering the various permutations of this offer.
