If not Pattersen's then Who? This raise is good news and a good deal for shareholders willing to participate at whatever level they choose. All brokers charge similar fees and its good to have Pattersens back and again wiling to underwrite this capital raise. The finances were out for all to see last quarterly activities, capital raise was certain
