If news is going to be good then long term holders should have the final say on if performance shares that are to be issued..Not a deal that looks like Management are joined at the hip with Patterson's....This is how they got the shares thru last time...
And now at presto moment they would like to do it again....Major holders do not want to be diluted unnecessarily
The reports that were parachuted onto our web site after each announcement raises more suspicion...
