Just to waste another $26,000 of shareholders money that is what the EGM will cost.
The EGM is useless unless we have the opportunity to vote out the current board. What point is there having two of Mal's guys on the board, being outnumbered by Messrs McKay and Co. Can you imagine the infighting and waste of energy and not to mention loss of money because of distractions with power plays.
Give shareholders a VOTE, let us who own the company make the decisions. It is clearly as stated before a case of self preservation imo
