Based on comparing THR and NRU (another U Explorer in the Harts Ranges) Charts over the last Twelve Months, a premiun of approx. 20 Cents above NRU applied to THR when Molyhil Looked a goer for THR, therefore with an actual signed Off-Take Agreement perhaps an additional 25 Cents could be the go = 35 Cents Plus Share price, allowing for the present Market Conditions.
