Well I would agree with 5 of your 7 points, definitely not the time to buy right now, with SP at a near 2 year low, and management’s confidence at an all time high, I would ask… why are they not buying??? This would give shareholders a reason not to sell. IMO, until we hear from management, this will just continue to slide, why? because there is no reason to buy right now
