    After the TO by Hanlong collapsed in April SDL shares were trading most of the times under 10 cts. And Its share prices were above 10 cts upon Noble becoming cornerstone shareholder as it has helped to de-risk and instill confidence in SDL. A main reason for The success of FMG was because of Andrew Forrest , the cornerstone shareholder.

    SDL has moved one notch higher with a cornerstone shareholder, IMO
