    I'm just not sure what you are actually basing this learned opinion on...the Directors took the offer because it works well for them - they have had weeks if not months to 'prepare their portfolios' for this. Secondly, it is exceedignly obvious there has been massive share price manipulation (IMO)and it is still happening now (IMO). Can't really see how you can reach the conclusion you have. It seems just a little too...naive.
