Really good question. There are some non-definitive but acceptable answers both here and on the website itself. The biggest question however still remains to be answered, how does the recent contract/tender won translate to the financials. This will take the company time and rightfully so, because proving up, delivering and execution risk are the key. Winning more contracts will not serve any purpose now, because all eyes are on this one, how is it valued. That's what the funds/institutions will want to see on a regular basis before they decide to back it. That's what ill be doing.
There's a lot of hard work to be done and done precisely, amidst an uncertain and volatile geopolitical background. As ive said before, this is not a slam dunk yet, which is why people are taking profits, free carrying etc. Still though, not a bad thing to consolidate the stock and find support even if it comes off 10% or so.
