    yeah, get that, the question is more about because the surface looks clean is everyone "happy cos "out of sight, out of mind" or similar. Cos all i read says "nothing" happens to it once it sinks. But this stuff is now just collecting on the bottom of the water body - is it just the low volume sitting on the bottom that makes it acceptable? or do peeps just expect it to disperse with water movements and again, that is what makes it acceptable? or does it somehow "breakdown" or "biodegrade" (but they say no to that).

    surely the fish or whatever take a bite every now and again if it is just sitting on the bottom?
