So Sloan is saying Queensland borrowed a lot to fund infrastructure spending.
Not surprising when Queensland was the fastest growing State for a decade.
Up until 2011 on average 95,000 extra people per year called Queensland home, far outstripping the other States.
Queensland had been out spending other States for infrastructure, with some of those states having larger existing populations.
Was that unsustainable growth or something?
