could the discrepancy be down to pratcalities and we should really take Lynas at their word? I'm no expert on these matters, just trying to think of plausible explanations rather than conspiracy theories, so can anyone more knowlegable confirm if this could be put down to facts such as earlier in the year the concentrate wasn't in the right place or state of readiness - or that the pre-commisioning that has just been going on was being included in that 6 week estimate? Any better idea?
