" Lynas has kept "Shareholders in the dark since April 3rd 2012, yet they seem to be providing dubious status updates via various news outlets. I would just really like to see more communication from Lynas via ASX announcements, then there's no question over whether the information is current or actually came from Lynas. Is that too much to ask?
I have written to the company secretary to ask that Lynas provide official updates re the status of the TOL in ASX releases. I am awaiting a reply from Andrew Arnold.I think it is very poor that we have to obtain our information from the Malaysian and business press and not directlty from the company. Not all shareholders are " Lynas tragics" who follow the fortunes of the company on Hot Copper so it is not unreasonable to expect that the company keep the market informed. I believe that falls under their duty of continous disclosure and the need to prevent "uninformed and speculative trading in its shares".
