To my mind, of all the emerging markets you could operate in, Pakistan is definitely not one of the easiest in which to make money from a real estate website. Very low GDP per capita (around $1500 US), even lower than India. Plus there is a lot of political instability. Only thing in your favour, perhaps, is the large number of cashed up expats
If Zameen can do as well as it has, it should definitely be possible to be successful in the Latam countries, the Phillipines, Morocco, Tunisia etc
