Absolutely agree with the underlying structural arguement of long term value in Pakistan and in the real estate market.
The questions for all of us relate to the current economic and political environment that are clearly on the edge and have a high probability of serious decline. The current picture is very poor and could get worse/ stagnate/ or improve to reflect the structural arguement. Only time will tell what and when. As a long term holder these risks have held me back from an otherwise highly tempting valuation for doubling down.
I will keep watching and keep my money dry. Good luck to all with a different risk appetite.
