How would Dubizzle acquiring FDV in full prior to IPO, be bullish for FDV shareholders? I can't see that scenario at all. If they acquire FDV prior to IPO i imagine it would be at a really good discount to its potential value, what it had previously reached in high SP and potentially the heights it never reached, before the plunge.
