Well again we need to look at the cr and see what affect it has on the sp on the third day of trading with the cr in consideration.
I still have a few questions around how companies do cr.
When did Management know about the third patient finish the first round and wanted to go on to next round.
If this was known before the cr would it have been better to release this and see if the sp would go up thereby being able the issue of a higher priced cr and reducing the number of shares needing to be issued.
Well again we need to look at the cr and see what affect it has...
