Have heard other posters talking about this being talked about but the faster the Uranium assets are spun off and geo or thermal put somewhere in the name the faster the SP will get to $1.
At the moment, as TP points out it is valued at $5m (market cap less cash) for this you get:
Limestone Coast project: Advanced project ready for drilling to determine optimum well placement
Kyrgyz Republic: 4500km2 exploration licence and the steepest thermal gradient currently known (its hot) and which already has had extensive geological assessment done due to oil and gas drilling
Maharashrtra-exlusive rights for the entire state, adjacent to Mumbai
Himalayan: 250c @ 1.2km-shown by UN development program. A very large chunk of India for exclusive geothermal exploration rights.
Most Importantly, they have the man who brought Geodynamics into the ASX300.
Dont forget the REDI grant of $4m which in theory should increase the sp by 20% and the any money a UN development fund may throw at it.
Its hard to see any downside at these levels even if these projects dont progress.
