Unsure how they can do a raise at $15 when the price is under $8. Usually institutional raises are done at a discount to market.
We need to execute and get the share price up before doing a capital raise. Hopefully, government funding/green bonds etc will make up a fair chunk of our funding, which will keep shareholder dilution down.
