We need to execute and get the share price up before doing a capital raise. Hopefully, government funding/green bonds etc will make up a fair chunk of our funding, which will keep shareholder dilution down.

Maybe it will get up over $15 once the SSBF is commissioned and binding off take agreements are signed.
