Hi,

The neatness of the proposal is:

- The commercial transaction is done at an arm's length from Solamind

- ANZ can always get into Call and PUT option in their sale contract. If in case they lose the court case, they can retrieve their shares from Solagran and hand over to Solamind.

- Solamind will retain the right to sue ANZ ( a right I don't think Solamind will like to give away easliy)

- The situation is sorted out quickly and company can get on what it is supposed to do
