I do agree with you about being in the US. My argument is that whether it is by way of a Yes vote, or some other way due to a No vote, we must see to it that a new CEO comes online ASAP.
PC taking control of a merged company in the US adds no oomph to our company and oomph is what we need!
The longer PC stays on (even in the interim if the Yes vote gets up) after a move to the US and the more damage will be done. I don't want us to have any scar tissue in the US.
A fresh start requires fresh thinking and a fresh CEO. Any potential investors in the US who get turned off by a conservative PC will be lost.
Whatever happens, I agree we need to eventually be in the US. A new US-based CEO must be brought on NOW and lead us over there to a completely fresh start and fresh way of thinking...and the markets will appreciate this!
