Best to call the co, don't muck around with emails - what can be written in minutes takes just seconds to say... if you know what I mean. Emails also don't have tone. Words only. And few at that. And at least if he isn't available to take the call I'm sure someone else could help or take a message...
Some of the other co's I've held in the past are dreadful when it comes to communicating with their shareholders.
Communication with shareholders and potential investors is one of the most important aspects of prudent management and to date, RHM has done it very well. Yes, there is always room for improvement, but they have demonstrated their willingness to communicate LOUDER (as per BRR interview, and broker presentation etc etc)
