I have just read through all the latest posts. I believe them to be sincere posts by mainly knowledgeable, sincere, mature people who have more investments than CTO and over a long period of time.

We are not idiots, should not act like them and we only have this choice:

we get out of CTO or take mature action. I would propose that each one of us cut and paste our last (few) posts and sent them to all the directors we know and demand an explanation.

It is quick and cheap and possibly more fruitful than telling each other what we already know.
