when they have issued as many shares as this company has to pay debt i call that down ramping with them having close to 13 billion again with the current shares they are issuing and the purchase of 20% of there exploration site taking them to close to 13billion shares. and if you multiply this by 150 to get the number of share pre consolidation it takes them to close to 2 trillion shares .

all of these share have done is just dilute the share price and take money from there share holders all of this is been done before they have even started being a producer.

don't forget they have 3.2million dollars in loans that have to be paid back this year and i sense there will be a share issue to pay for these loans in approx 5 billion shares im predicting .

clz is currently in a death spiral debt and i dont see a way out for them
