there is so much fluff in the announcement to share holders but...

there is so much fluff in the announcement to share holders but just looking at it they are spending over 20million a year before they even hit production .....
they also have over 3 million dollars in loans to be paid back by the end of this yeah and i think they cant issue any more shares to lda as the way it was setup with 15mill in put options and 5 mill into convertible shares

i wanted to add the 90million debt is from loans and shareholders
