Lots of speculative gold companies have gone under, CLZ only exists because of their strategy of promising everything, then delivering very little. They have pursued an exploitative capital raising/share issue strategy, which has decimated the value of their own shareholders . Quite obviously company operatives come on here to try to silence those disgusted with the behavior of the company.
They promised to get production going at Kat Gap,then 'on the cusp of production' new investors came in & the company stopped development & went off to spend money acquiring the Forestania leases with no money or strategy to develop them - rather than proving up their own resources through drilling
Obviously, the BOD's only strategy is to keep the salaries going for another month. No assessable strategy, jumping all over the place, makes for a bleak future. Just a very poorly run company with little prospect. Have a look at Ora Banda OBM which is a lot better managed company as they have made mistakes , but they are accountable to shareholders, and conduct strategic reviews & review progress. In contrast CLZ just makes random decisions and consistantly asks it's shareholders , brokers & investment houses for more money to fund these scatterbrain ideas , like Gekkos & entering into deals with 19 year's olds purchasing multi- million dollar mining equipment . These private capital raising exercizes where in no way transparent to existing holders, The share consolidation strategies are a contemptable method , of tidying up the bloated share registry , so new investors perceive the shares as cheap. After a period , theses new investors come around to same view , of the jaded old share investors. The 3 company employes , who support their bosses just change their ID's , and contiue on the semi-illiterate rant of , a proming future , a new dawn , a new begining & 500,000 (unproven) ounces. CLZ is the hardstick of the bottom of the barell in the speculative Australia Mining industry
