I took that risk and within 6days of consolidation due to not being able to sell i went from 20k to 1k .if that is the risk you are willing to take go for it.
but remember this they have proven they will just issue more shares to pay debt jamd this is nearly every 2 months without fail it will be another month i predict before the next issue due to the spp money
