Thanks ITGOD I was in NSWFB for 30 years!, Just bought some paint at Bunnings Kirrawee that opend reciently,as I was leaving remembered that Valad ownes the site and that it is leased to Bunnings for another 11.5 years. The other half of the site is vacant prime industrial land just waiting to be developed, I was wondering if this project is included in the period up to Dec 09 ann that we are waiting on to be released on the 25th as well as the sales from Pentridge project etc. We have 3 trading days to go to the ann were they will show the numbers and how well they have improved since the last period, during the last AGM Peter Hurley had a smile on his face when an investor asked if they would meet the LVR and turn a profit or a loss. I don't think he was smiling becuase they had made a loss, as we now know they passed their LVR and he would have known that then. I'm in long term with this company and expect a div to be paid in the not to distant future.
