what a surprise all the charters from the guru's down have got it wrong...and now are never here to post...watch for a 1c rise and they will all be back saying as predicted...
I agree with 4.5b shares BLY will never run anytime soon..and DIV's are not on the agenda no matter what anyone in here says..
