I haven't been around the market as long as you manila, 10-15 years but I also don't recall seeing the same sort of on market support for any of the too many spec stocks I've bought shares in over that time. Most of the time it feels like directors of spec stocks seem to sit back soaking up the fees and mining the shareholders.

Also I notice that the motions for the AGM include placing any shortfall from the SPP (which there probably will be with price currently lower) with Hartley's investors again. Also directors seeking to be approved to participate in that shortfall placement.

It's a good start indeed. I'll feel even better when the selling has been all soaked up and we see it moving comfortably above the placement price again!
