once the dust settles we are going from a share registry of 585,000,000 trading at 008-1 c to a registry of 117,000,000 trading at 5 c, IMHO this will be a tight registry and makes for more profitable trading.
Zyber is looking at negotiations with 5 companies that earn over $100,000,000 with the objective of acquiring 2 of these companies to commit to their cyber security platform. From mearly 2 companies the target return is $10,000,000 revenue. Imagine if 3 companies was achieved 15,000,000 in sales ?this is over a two year period.
This also does not equate for any smaller companies that come on board.
For me I like the look of this and will top up at any advantage I see, short term pain for a long term gain....
