My crystal ball is a little cloudy too, but maybe they go ahead and grab a couple of worthwhile acquisitions and squeeze some more out of the existing field, and suddenly they are targeting production of say 600/650 bopd, the 0.3c oppies are converted, nice cash inflow. Then management sit down and say lets lift this out of the penny dreadful range, tighten up the register,( a better class of investor ) so we'll go for a 10:1 consolidation, and at that time I'd be hoping for a post consolidation price of somewhere over 10c ., and fully justified on production, reserves, etc and no speculative froth involved.
Well that's what my cloudy crystal ball is telling me, lol.
