The price action the day of insto presentations was positive. The expert chartists here are saying shes going to 30-32 after a close above 26.5 on an uptrend too... I also think that it's a double blind study so noone should have inside info on that really I.e cant read into it too much. People are probably wisely waiting for results before they invest though.
