That idea is rather far outside the intended commercial model for ResappDx, which is a pay-per-use diagnostic tool used in consultation with a qualified medical practitioner. I don't quite see how it could be monetised unless Alexa would start promoting chemists that sell cough medications (who have paid for the advertising of course), or a medical clinic that belongs to a "participating" chain.
