Basic principles of pre-revenue startups:

1. Everything takes at least twice as long as you expect or think it should.
2. Good news is only half as good as you thought it would be, and bad news is twice as bad.
3. The product is only half as profitable as you calculated it would be.

I believe that Resapp has demonstrated the principles quite effectively...

I also believe that if you keep the principles in mind you can avoid too much disappointment, anger and bitterness.
