I got carried away in my last post and mentioned an anti snoring branded product without thinking, so got moded.

In the interests of trying to help fellow snorers and partners good health and good relationships, I'll try again:

I've been a long time snorer with a longsuffering wife! I don't think I have sleep apnoea (based on 3pointers), but I intend to confirm that via the Resapp Apnoea appwhen it becomes available, given its convenience and relatively lowcost..

On a related note, 5months ago, my wife bought for me a product that is a blend of 100%essential oils. My wife swears that it has almost stopped my problemsnoring, about an 80% improvement she says, she now typically hearsme snore only as the sky is lightening.
