I've only been hear a short while I could go another 18 months without raising a sweat

A lot of people with complicated forward formulas and permutations etc.
Some thing to pass the time I guess.

Another good point I picked up from that video was
"All this pressure from shareholders, what to do and what not to do. We Don't want management to take their eye of the ball so as to run the business effectively.
If we keep commenting from outsiders its going to be run by an enormous committee
and well get committee results."
