    I am not sure if OSA can bring in $20M per year as a diagnosis tool given once you've been diagnosed, you buy the treatment and don't use the diagnosis tool again.....if it brings in at least $5M per year in revenue and with manufacturing cost of virtually zero, the statutory profit will be very good and will mean no CR required.
