I think RAP will sign a deal similar to the German Hospital deal while they assist RAP to get CFDA approval (which takes a while) but RAP will get some upfront payment from them during the CFDA process. But I don't see this until FDA approval and I will be very surprise if any upfront payment amount will be as much as $20M.

I see them signing LOI with CE approval without any upfront payment until the FDA approval.
