    Aicp it does  not really matter if" BL is confident" as he made $4.8 m by dumping 38m plus shares on the market and still
    is an employee  of RAP on $178,000. He probably is able to pick up some of those recent RAP employee options and picks up a wage at NSB as chairman.
    Do you think he has had a bad  run over the last 2 years? Probably too young to retire.
