@Gekkowolf and @investorgadget have it right. Last year IRB approvals were announced as they were given. At the AGM Mr Keating acknowledged that we were waiting for them, and that they hadn't been "continued" or "already granted".

No IRB approval, no trial. No trial, no results. No results, no FDA submission. If IRB approvals are delayed we risk missing winter and part of the 'flu season as happened last year, with the resulting need to extend the recruitment period.

IRB approvals are absolutely price sensitive, most certainly important enough to announce! They're a gateway event to the trials for crying out loud.
