I also agree with what you're saying as i only have broke even recently as i bought more on the way up to the 50s and decided not to average down when it crumbled back to 6-7c. However i have been in for the long haul and will continue to be. If offerring incentives that have a significant personal benefit to management drive them, which lets not forget arent trigered until the company has benefited from brokering deals and receiving revenue. This is absolutely more beneficial for the long term and the development of the company than worrying. Would rather reward management for their efforts if they hit targets. Maybe these thoughts are just my own...
