I've lived in Beijing for the last two years so I have some idea of how China 'works' and I think you've hit the nail on the head here for why we are in a good position. We aren't some foreign company coming barging in, we're looking to partner with a Chinese company. That's important to them, you work in a relationship with them.

The new middle class is driving a lot of change and is very focused on child health and on technology solutions. All the winds in China are blowing our way.

Yes, it could all go bad, but it's highly unlikely.
