yup agreed! China imports $100 billion worth of medical and technical gear every year. This isn't like agri/livestock or red wine/infant formula - those are easy targets because they're either luxuries or competitors to local products.
Again - anything to do with health/wellbeing garners great attention ($$$) from the population.
