I am all for giving bonuses and performance shares for a good job done, but one, he has been well rewarded to date and two, the quantity of shares being issued is obscene, but I suppose it remains to be seen if the milestone is achieved, my guess it will be, of course a t/o is the other option they will aggressively pursue. Imo. At the end of the day , we the shareholders have the final say if we want to extend the issue if it were to play out that way...I for one would vote NO WAY.
I reckon one million shares for each of them would be more that fair given that they are paid wages anyway on top of what they had to start with. Flip side though, to be fair, we would all be a lot healthier financially if it were to come to pass.
