BL has always been eyeing off the T/O because its the only way he will likely get his performance shares. Without them, he may well hold less shares now than some of the HC posters. I personally found it insulting when i talked to him at the AGM a year ago and he suggested many would even jump at 50cents - that was when it was back below 10c. It just smacks of self interest to me rather than having the good of all shareholders in mind.

Lets face it, if FDA lands, given the benefit that telehealth can derive from ResAPP, i don't see the commercialisation risk as strongly any more. I wont say the company is completely de-risked, but its well on the way. The client list sits with the telehealth providers so by leveraging them out revenue would likely ramp very rapidly.

So why the hell would we accept a $1 takeover, when in a years time we could be multiples of that by just letting it run. My hope had always been that FIL, with such a high average, would not have accepted a lowball T/O. The concept that they might be the acquirer is a new one to me and it would be extremely disappointing.

This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity if FDA drops. Certainly worth resisting a T/O just because it is pushed by a very self interested party.
