Whenever ASX detectswhat it suspects to be a “ramping” announcement, it will not hesitate to suspendthe entity and issue a query letter …..’

If the asx has a problem with a listed company it suspends it. I found suspensionsfor price queries, and the trading halt for further information onmegachips because it didn’t include the expected revenue, an awarequery for whether an announcement of a patent should be considered materially price sensitive information, there wasn’t any complianceissues at the time of the ford announcement, and I failed to find anysuspensions connected to ramping or other suspensions since the update.
