the company did say that they will have no choice but to go into administration if a deal isnt reached... and if your confident they will survive, you must think a deal will be reached amongst the couple of parties interested... all that will cause the company to go under will be those one or two parties to pull out then its over... if they havent had more than one or two parties interested before this failure, how many will be interested after this failure?
